No Policies, no Polity

 Ricordo che i primi concetti che mi furono spiegati a un corso di scienza politica di cui una volta fui allieva furono politics, policy e polity. Mi permetto di riassumerne brevemente le definizioni, anche se non con lo stesso rigore accademico. Politics: “la politica” come architettura e orizzonte di riferimento, articolata in istituzioni, processi e attori. Policy – ...
Dici bene: la res pubblica. Quella di weimer fu una vera repubblica, quella che Kant definì la forma democratica per antonomasia,ai tempi che furono. Ma oggi noi,cosa ereditiamo?Non manca certo il suffragio universale o la partecipazione alla polity. Manca,come dici bene tu,la policies.Le nuove generazioni, meritano tutto questo? Assolutamente no.Noi soffriamo,insieme a noi soffrono i nostri genitori, i nostri pari.Soffriamo perchè abbiamo un fisco iniquo,un sistema universitario in eterno restyling,la mancanza di una politica per la famiglia e per i nostri figli.Cosa possiamo aspettarci?Penso poco. Servirebbero riforme evolutive,che sappiano guardare ai bisogni reali che la comunità esprime.Serve il cambiamento noi dobbiamo imprimerlo perchè il nostro Paese è il centro del mediterraneo.
